As the chief financial officer at Lock Haven University, Vice President William (Bill) Hanelly, provides economic and financial leadership and support for the entire university community. Under Bill’s leadership, the business and finance departments provide current, comprehensive, and accurate information about the financial status of the university.

The department is committed to providing high-quality, professional services to the university community by being excellent stewards of financial resources to maximize our students' educational experience. One of finance and administration’s charges is to continuously strive to maintain affordability for our students and families.   

The Division of Finance and Administration consists of several departments including Facilities, Financial Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, Institutional Data Management, Procurement, Small Business Development, and Workforce Development.
