Important Incoming Student Information

Starting the Semester:

An important step in the transition to college is completing all required steps and processes at the correct time.  To make this easier, we mail a checklist of tasks that need to be completed to all students who have paid the enrollment deposit. 

Below, you will find a link to a comprehensive guide for incoming students.  This guide will provide additional information on areas including parking, housing, scheduling, financial aid, student accounts and much more. 

Please bookmark this page so that you may reference it easily.  We have provided the guide as a PDF so that it may be printed, should you prefer.  If after reviewing the guide, you have questions that were not answered, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate office for additional information. Contact information for key offices is found in the beginning of the guide.

The academic calendar is available on myHaven under Academic/Catalog Information or Registration Information.  The calendar provides important deadlines related to the last day to add, last day to drop, etc.  Plan ahead....if you need faculty permission or signatures to make schedule changes, do not wait until the deadline as sometimes it is difficult to find a mutually available time for discussion.  Extensions to deadlines may not be granted.
