Scholarships

We understand that finding money to help pay for college is often the most stressful part of the college search process. We are pleased to announce that LHU has a variety of scholarships for incoming students.

Some awards are merit-based, while others depend on residency, financial need, major, SAT/ACT scores or other criteria. To be considered for a Lock Haven University freshman scholarship, students must be admitted for the fall 2016 semester. Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis throughout the fall and spring, and recipients will be notified. A scholarship application is not required. Any scholarship money awarded will be applied to the 2016-2017 bill.

The scholarships on this list are reserved for first-time freshmen students. As new scholarships are announced, this list will be updated.
