The Dorothy and Franklin Vaughn English Scholarship
The Dorothy
and Franklin Vaughn English Scholarship is endowed by the Vaughns, emeriti faculty members,
who devoted most of their professional lives
to the English Department at Lock Haven University. The award is given to
a rising senior Liberal Arts, English B.A. or Secondary Education--English
major. Recipients are selected on
the basis of academic success, extra-curricular activities related
to English, special accomplishments, and devotion to the discipline. Total
amount available for the Scholarship is up to $250. For an
application, contact the chair of the Department of English (Raub 303).
