Employee Self Service (ESS)
|
Ø |
Employee Self
Service (ESS) is a web-based service which
allows employees to review their personnel
information on-line. |
|
Ø |
Employees will log
into a web portal to view their own data
housed in the HR SAP system. The level
of security is similar to accessing
commercial sites such as your bank and
requires secured password access. |

ESS allows
employees to view the following data
elements:
|
l |
Payroll
statements (current and past) |
|
l |
Benefit
plans, coverage, dependents, and
contributions |
|
l |
Leave
Balances |
|
l |
Banking Information |
|
l |
TSA and
other savings plan contributions |
|
l |
Addresses
and other personal data (dates of
hire, emergency contact) |
