Walk at Work

The LHUP Department of Human Resources and the Recreation Department are collaborating to develop a “Walk at Work” program for all LHUP employees.    This program will be at no cost to all LHUP faculty and staff and will include voluntary educational sessions on proper attire, footwear, target heart rates, nutrition, and other beneficial topics for everyone.  Recreation Management majors will be identifying several trails, inside tracks, and outdoor walking paths for those interested in different terrains.  Because we are still in the planning phases of this program, specific details are not yet available.

We are asking for your name and contact information to keep you informed of the program.  However, you may also submit your responses anonymously.
