Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania fosters a command climate that attracts Scholar-Athlete-Leaders and retains them through exciting realistic activities and University level instruction, resulting in cadets completing the program and becoming commissioned officers in the United States Army.

The LHU U.S. Army ROTC placed first in the Darby Division as part of the Ranger Challenge Competition held at Fort Indiantown Gap in October 2007.
