Our Mission:
"Recruit, retain, and develop potential leaders to become future Army officers."

Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania fosters a command climate that attracts Scholar-Athlete-Leaders and retains them through exciting realistic activities and University level instruction, resulting in cadets completing the program and becoming commissioned officers in the United States Army.
