Walk-In Registration Instructions
College Credit Courses
Please read instructions carefully before selecting which form to complete. The Walk-In Registration form is to be completed if you are enrolling in a course or courses on a "non matriculated" or "continuing education" or "graduate non degree" status.
Print the form, complete all the information requested, and mail or fax.
If you would like to complete a form and submit it online, please click here. Note, however, that this is not a secure submission.
Who should complete this form?
This form is to be used by individuals who are not current or former LHU students or by individuals who have not been granted formal admissions by the Admissions Office. Course Selection and Limits
In addition to choosing a preferred course, it is recommended that you choose an alternate course in the event your primary choice is not available.
The course schedule is available on the web at our registration information page.
Non matriculated students or continuing education students (e.g., students yet to be accepted by the Admissions Office) are normally limited to six semester hours unless authorized by the Registrar (main campus), Director of Clearfield Campus (Clearfield campus), or the Graduate Program Coordinator.
Check the course descriptions to determine if there may be any prerequisites associated with your course choice. Be aware, though, that not all prerequisites are included on every course description. You will have to provide proof of meeting a prerequisite, i.e. unofficial copy of academic record.
Confirmation of Registration
If registration into your course selection is successful, you will be mailed a letter providing instructions about accessing your class schedule via the web. The letter will contain the web site, your student ID number, and your PIN (password).
