<description>The Lock Haven University Department of Early Childhood Education is offering a face-to-face Praxis I prep class for those currently working 20 hours a week in an early childhood setting (child care, PreK Counts, Head Start).  Funding from a Gate Opener Grant through the PA Key enables Lock Haven University to provide full scholarships and free materials for this Praxis I prep course.  </description>

<description>The brothers of the Phi Mu Chi chapter of Alpha Chi Rho Fraternity of Lock Haven University held their first philanthropic service of the semester on Sunday February 12, 2012.  The brothers canned for donations to the American Cancer Society from the hours of 12-3 p.m. and collected a grand total of just over $200. </description>
