This program is currently offered at
our Clearfield Campus. Graduates from the program qualify to take the LCC-ST®
National Certification Exam in Surgical
Technology to become a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
Surgical Technologists manage all
aspects of the sterile field during a surgical intervention. Some of these
tasks include:

supplies and equipment for a variety of surgeons and surgical procedures |

Holding retractor, suctioning
and cutting sutures |

Application of surgical
dressings |

Accounting for items in and near
