As System Administrator for the Desire2Learn Course Management System, Jan creates terms, course shells, and user accounts on the system, duplicates past course content for faculty, enrolls students into their D2L courses, and provides technical support for faculty and student end-users. Using the Snap Survey software, Jan creates online surveys for faculty and staff, creates and administers the student evaluations for the online courses, and she trains and provides support to users who would like to use the software on their own. Jan is also the System Administrator for Turnitin, Respondus, and StudyMate, and she is the webmaster for the eCampus, Academic Technology, and STEP websites.

Holly coordinates general office functions for the Distance Education and Graduate Studies Offices of Lock Haven University. Her duties include processing budget review spreadsheets, preparing documents, memos, spreadsheets, maintaining filing systems, processing travel, purchase requests and a variety of LHU paperwork. Holly assists staff members of the Distance Education department.
Vicki Paulina - Course Developer

Vicki coordinates the development of distance education coursework for online classes and assists with online technologies used to enhance the face-to-face classroom. She supports faculty in the conversion of course materials to electronic formats, monitors copyright issues, and ensures that materials are made available for online instruction. She schedules and creates Distance Ed and campus webcast presentations and synchronizes all of the mediasite recorded events held on campus. Vicki will also coordinate and provide professional development activities and one-on-one opportunities to faculty on current learning management system features and supported software.
Jamie Walker - Distributed Systems Specialist II

Jamie’s main role is to backup, manage, maintain, and upgrade some of the the hardware and software that fall under the eCampus. His additional roles include general hardware and software support for the faculty and staff. Installing and implementing hardware to take advantage of current technologies to improve communication and learning among eCampus members also falls under Jamie’s expertise.
