Exploratory Courses by Major                                                                  

The following is a list of majors available at Lock Haven University with some suggestions for exploratory introductory courses that you may wish to take in order to explore a particular major. Be advised that should you choose another major after having taken one of these courses, the course taken may fulfill a general education requirement or may be applied to free electives within the general education requirements. Consequently, taking some of these courses will not result in “wasted credits”. On the contrary, you will have taken a very serious step toward choosing a major.  EXPLORE!!
