Hi, I'm Liza Kopp and I'm one of the Assistant Directors of Admissions and also a proud alumna of The Haven. I had such a great experience attending LHU and am excited about talking with each of you about the amazing opportunities we have to offer. During my time at The Haven, I was involved with the university television program, LHU in Review. I held many positions including Sports Anchor and Executive Producer of the show. During downtime between classes, I was employed as a student secretary in the President's Office. All of these experiences helped me to gain valuable experience and really helped to boost my resume. I am grateful for the opportunities provided to me by Lock Haven University.
On a personal note, my husband Tony and I live in Williamsport, PA (home of the Little League World Series) with our Corgi dog, Pickles, and cat, Ruby. I am originally from a small town in Northwestern Pennsylvania (Kane) located in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest in McKean County. I graduated from Kane Area High School in 2004 (GO WOLVES!) and graduated from Lock Haven University in 2008. I earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Media, concentrating in Broadcast Journalism, Public Relations and Advertising. In fall 2010 I began working toward my Masters of Education (M.Ed.) degree from LHU.
