HISTORY
AFSCME, Local 2360 officially began a local on August 22, 1973. The AFSCME District Council 86 office is in New Columbia, Pennsylvania.

AFSCME Council 86 encompasses the North Central part of Pennsylvania to include Clinton, Columbia, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, and Union, Counties. Our home office is located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Council 13.
Local 2360's membership includes clerical, custodial, and maintenance/trades from Lock Haven University; as well as clerical employees from the Department of Welfare, Labor and Industry, DER, Fish and Game and the State Police Barracks.
