LOCAL NEGOTIATIONS COMMITTEE
Local Negotiations Committee meets more
frequently during contract negotiation years. However, State Negotiations Team
is preparing early for the 2007 CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement, or
"contract").
The charge of the Local Negotiations
Committee:
- Prepare proposals and submit to the Statewide Negotiations Committee
- Prepare proposals to be negotiated for its group and submit them to
its negotiating team
- Submit agenda items for Meet and Discuss sessions and to assist the
Meet and Discuss team by serving as a source of information on matters
of faculty concern
Chair is elected by
and from the membership in April of odd-numbered years.
