Budget Committee
The Budget Committee primarily meets by the end of February to discuss any difficulties with the past year's budget and to create a proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year. They may also meet whenever a budgeted party requests to extend its operating costs.
The charge for the Budget Committee includes:

Report to the Executive Council through the Chapter Treasurer

Develop the annual operating budget for the fiscal year

Prior to presenting budget for approval, notify appropriate groups affected by budget in writing

Present the proposed budget to the EC (March)

Present final budget to APSCUF membership (May)

Monitor funding entities responsible for expenditures and receipts

Approve overcharges necessary for operations throughout the fiscal year

Recommend changes in funding sources (General Fund, Savings, and Scholarship)
