Communication (Oral)
Outcome: Students will communicate effectively orally.
The university's general education curriculum prepares students to communicate effectively orally through one of several introductory courses. The university gathers data for assessing students' skills in written communication from selected course sections each year. (In addition, the university also reviews data from majors that assess their students' oral communication skills.)
