Outcome: Students will relate respectfully and work well with others, including those different from themselves in background, gender, ethnicity, religion or culture.

Students will develop interpersonal skills through a variety of curricular and co-curricular activities. The university gathers data for assessing students' interpersonal skills from the Multicultural and External Experience overlays. (In addition, the university also reviews data from majors that assess related knowledge and skills, and may also review relevant data from Student Affairs.)
