This interdisciplinary program is shared with the Chemistry Department.  Students take biology and chemistry courses that lead to a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry.  Students may opt to continue their senior year in an accredited medical technology program.  Successful completion of the coursework earns a B.S. degree in Biology/Chemistry and qualifies students to take the medical technology certification exam.  More detail of the  Medical Technology program is available on this web site.  It is important to note that this program does not lead to a degree Biochemistry.
