The Big Man Camp

The Lock Haven University football staff would like to invite you to our Big Man Camp for offensive and defensive linemen.  As all coaches know, the game of football is won in the trenches.  Our staff wants to instruct your linemen on techniques and drills that will give them edge in the games for the upcoming season.

The camp will be held in conjunction with our passing camp and will be broken up into three sessions.

FUNDAMENTALS

For Defense
1.  Movement Drills
2.  Stance / Take-offs
3.  Lockout / Separation
4.  Escapes
5.  Tackling...Fundamentals, Play the Cut Drills
6.  Pass Rush...Moves-Rip / Over, Counters-Hump / Spin

For Offense
1.  Run Game...Stance / Start, Single Blocks, Combo Blocks
2.  Pass Game...Sets, Counter DL Moves
