Each registration must be accompanied by payment. The first $100 of payment is non-refundable. If you are not able to pay in full with your registration, a minimum of a $100 non-refundable deposit must be sent. |

If you register online, you must also pay any balances online. If you register through the mail, you must also pay any balances through the mail. |
