This course is specifically offered to women, but we encourage
husbands, fathers, sons, uncles, nephews, and all men to support
the ladies of the family to participate in this great
opportunity to learn from the coaches who will
"Restore the Soar" back into the
Lock Haven University Bald Eagles.

10-10:30 am: Meet the Staff
10:30-10:45 am: Classroom Overview - Defense
10:45-11 am: Classroom Overview - Offense
11-11:15 am: BREAK
11:15am - 12 pm: Classroom By Group [Offensive and Defensive Line; Offensive Skill: QB, RB, WR, TE; Defensive Skill: LB, C, S]
12-1 pm: LUNCH
1-1:30 pm: On the field practice: Offense position
1:30-2 pm: On the field practice: Defense position
2 pm: Game (7 v 7 format)
END: Closing Remarks
