This seven-story multi-purpose building was completed in 1981 and houses the following:

  • Departments of Early Childhood, Elementary, Secondary and Special Education, Psychology, Mathematics,  Communications Media
    and Philosophy
  • Hamblin International Hall
    of Flags
    Auditorium
  • The Computing Center, which maintains networks electronically connecting
    the University community with e-mail, library, and Internet access. The LHUPnet is connected to the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education network, which electronically links
    the 22 campuses of the 14 State System Universities, including the LHU
    Clearfield Campus.
  • Full production television studio and radio station
  • Math Lab and tutoring center devoted to remediation and placement testing
  • Rooms to deliver distance education courses and communicate via compressed video technology
  • Classrooms
