Mission Statement
The mission of the LHU Wellness Committee is to foster and inspire a culture of wellness by empowering individuals to make healthy choices and lifelong commitments to wellness through awareness, educational opportunities, wellness initiatives, advocacy and resource development.
Goals:
1. Open to suggestions from university community to meet their needs and concerns.
2. Initiate wellness programs on campus.
3. Identify programs and resources already available to the campus community.
4. To provide leadership for the development and maintenance of wellness programming on campus.
5. To encourage and support wellness endeavors on campus.
