Mission

Career Services focuses on the relationship among self, education and careers. It strives to contribute to the overall development of mature and self-directed individuals by providing resources and services to help them explore, select and pursue meaningful careers.
 
Goals and Objectives

 

Goal 1: Continue to improve student awareness of Career Services.

• Maintain/increase student utilization of Career Services by annually tracking office usage and participation in programs throughout the academic year

Goal 2: Students who utilize Career Services will express a high degree of satisfaction with the experience.

• Through an annual end of year satisfaction survey, measure students’ level of satisfaction with the office; both services and staff.

Goal 3: To provide resources and services essential to successful career planning and job seeking.

• Through an annual end of the year satisfaction survey, measure student success on career decisions, use of educational and employment information, job and internship search strategies, and future career plans and goals.
