Central Pennsylvania Fall Teacher Job Fair
Employer Information

General Information

This fair is open to ALL teacher candidates from all colleges/universities. Candidates will be free to enter and talk with recruiters from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. During that time, you may schedule individual interviews to be conducted throughout the day at your table. Those not conducting afternoon interviews will be asked to pack up before going to lunch so as not to disrupt scheduled interviews.

The Central PA Fall Teacher Job Fair has been held for 8 years with an average of
300 - 350 candidates.

Registration & Set-Up: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
Breakfast Buffet: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
Fair Hours: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Luncheon:
12:00 - for employers conducting afternoon interviews
12:45 - for employers NOT conducting afternoon interviews
Optional Interviewing: 12:00 - 5:00 pm

Location & Accommodations

The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel is located at the Innovation Park exit off Route 322 in the center of Pennsylvania. It is accessible by all major highways; 90 miles from Harrisburg; 125 miles from Pittsburgh; 200 miles from Philadelphia and the Washington DC areas.

The University Park Airport in State College, located 5 miles from the Penn Stater, is serviced by Delta, Northwest Airlines, United and USAirways. Shuttle service from the airport to the Penn Stater is available and should be arranged through Guest Services.

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Penn Stater for the evening of October 25 & 26. Please call 1-800-233-7505 and ask for "Central Pennsylvania Teacher Fair - Group #CENJ10A". Rooms will be held until September 25, 2010.

Third Party Recruiters

Refunds
Any employer who cancels on or before October 8, 2010 will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued after October 8^th.
