To configure automatic updates on a Windows Vsta system perform the following steps:

1.  Click the Start button --> Control Panel.

2.  Double click on the System Maintenance section in the control panel window. 

2.  Double click on Turn automatic updating on or off under the Windows Update section in the System Maintenance window. 

3.  Click on the option for Install updates automatically (recommended) and select a time when your computer will look for updates.



4.  Click on the OK button.
