This course is not restricted to chemistry majors, but is recommended as an approach to practical instrumentation needed by any science major that expects to use instruments in solving the problems of his or her discipline. When appropriate each student will be guided and instructed on the type of instrumentation needed and used by the particular discipline.  Prerequisite: CHEM316; CHEM320 or permission of the instructor.
