Organic Chemistry (f; 3/3)

A continuation of Organic
Chemistry I and II. More advanced topics such as modern
organic synthetic methods, physical organic chemistry, and
applications of instrumentation to organic chemistry will be
discussed. The laboratory component will emphasize
advanced experimental techniques used in the synthesis and
characterization of organic compounds and in the exploration
of organic mechanisms. Pre or co-requisite:
CHEM320 or permission of the instructor.
