Agricola (Online Database) -- Available via FirstSearch
Provides abstracts to articles covering chemistry, life sciences, geography, sociology and much more.


Applied Science and Technology Abstracts (Online Database) -- Available via EBSCOhost
Contains more than 560 English-language, scientific and technical publications. Abstracts only, no full text.

Biological Abstracts (Online Database) -- Available via EBSCOhost

CQ Researcher (Online Database) -- Available via CQ Press

General Science Abstracts (Online Database) -- Available via FirstSearch
Provides indexing and abstracts of the literature in sociology and related disciplines. The database includes abstracts of journal articles selected from over 2500 journals, abstracts of conference papers, relevant dissertation listings from Dissertations Abstracts International and citations of book reviews, and abstracts of selected sociology books.

Science News Online - "Science News is an award-winning weekly newsmagazine covering the most important research in all fields of science."  Stevenson Library also carries the print version of this magazine from 1966 to present.

Science.gov - Science.gov is a gateway to authoritative selected science information provided by U.S. Government agencies, including research and development results.

Environmental News Network - Established in 1993, ENN's mission is to "help educate the world about environmental issues".
