Planning Process

The Business Administration and Accounting Programs follow a detailed process (summarized to the right) for strategic planning which includes not only the development and implementation of a five-year strategic plan, but also such supporting plans as enrollment management and human resources. Specific actions are implemented each year and progress toward achieving goals assessed annually. These accomplishments are documented in the Strategic Plan Progress Reports which, along with the planning documents, are linked below.
