The Following are the classes of faculty and staff user accounts available at Lock Haven University:
- Windows/Domain1/lhup.edu: This account enables logon access to the desktop of all networked PC's (excluding Macintoshes) on campus. This account is also used for publishing web pages, email through the Microsoft Exchange Server on Cardinal, and for VPN access.
- Hawk (CARS): This account is used for faculty and staff access to the student information system administrative database on the CARS system.
- PASSHE Active Directory: This account is used for access to employee self-service (ESS) for Human Resource functions and for E-Time supervisors.
- SAP: This account is used for access the PASSHE SAP Shared Administrative System.
Faculty and staff must apply in person for appropriate accounts by coming to 506 Robinson Hall and completing the Account Request Form. The account request form is available by clicking here.
