Student computer work requests can be submitted on this page. When using the form below, please be sure to complete all fields and provide as much information as possible. Your request will be addressed in the order it was received.

Residence Technical Assistants will assist you with software related support ONLY. No hardware repair or parts exchange will be done except for Dell Laptop Purchase Program machines. They will also assist in determining if a network jack problem exists and will notify the Computing Center.

Off campus students and those who need Dell Laptop Purchase Program hardware repairs will need to bring their equipment to 506 Robinson Hall for service.

Please submit only one work request for any one issue. If you would like the status of your request, please call the Computing Center Hotline at 484-2286.
