Postage Information

General

• Stamps cost 37 cents

• Bulk mailings must be in zip code order with a count on the number of envelopes (at least 200)

• Foreign large packages require a customs form

• Express mail costs $13.75 (overnight)

• Priority mail costs $3.85 (3rd-day delivery with special handling)

• Certified return receipts are $4.05 plus first class postage (for this, place a post it on the envelope that says "Cert ret rec req")

• Please place cost code on all outgoing mail

• Overnight packages are sent through DHL if brought to the mailroom before 2 PM

• Trays for small envelopes and bins for large envelopes are available for mailings by stopping down or by calling the mailroom

Summer

• Raub hall mail is being held in the mailroom while Raub undergoes summer renovation

• Upon request, professors of Raub hall can have their mail forwarded to other buildings

• The International Office (1st floor Raub) is receiving their mail at the International house for the summer

• Summer students are located in Russell and Woolridge.  All other dorm mail is forwarded home, and therefore requires postage.
