Many of the forms and all of the handbooks are available at the Teacher Education Website

All education majors must have up to date State and Federal Clearances on file in the Teacher Education Office in Robinson 611.

When you have all 3 of your forms take the original copy to the Teacher Education Office. They will mail/give the original back to you - put the original in a SAFE place.
