The End Of Life

From the box: "In the midst of life," Professor Robert Winston tells us, "we are in death." In this final, moving episode, we share the last days of a man with inoperable stomach cancer up to the very moment of his death and beyond.

The man's name is Herbie and his wife's name is Hannalora (sp?). They are Germans who immigrated to Ireland so their accents are kind of thick. The video is sad, but very real. It intersperses Herbie's story with more academic or technical looks at death. Enjoy.
