Life cycle replacement of various
vehicles dependent on age and condition. Includes Maintenance
vehicles but not vehicles assigned to other departments.
Jack
Stadium Parking – Pave ($225,000)
(DELETED)
Paving of the parking area used by
students and staff for overflow parking. This will also enhance parking for home
football games.
Sieg –
Renovate Bridge ($100,000)
Removal of the steel bridge and
installation of a covered wood bridge. Old steel supports will be reused.
Classroom
Furniture ($200,000)
Replacement of older classroom furniture on an as needed basis.
Alternate
Electrical Supply for Main Feeders ($100,000) (ON HOLD)
Installation
of alternative main power feed to the University. This is needed to prevent extended downtime should
the main breakers or service lines fail.
Room
Ventilator Replacement – Raub Hall ($800,000)
Replacement of the in-wall room ventilators. The existing units are noisy, a replacement
issue and do not provide adequate control of temperature.
Scope and cost study for the next anticipated
educational building at the Clearfield Campus.
The study will support Capital funding and construction by DGS.
KCSD
Properties – Pave new parking lot. ($200,000)
Improvement of student and staff parking by paving
the new dirt parking acquired with the KCSD property purchases. This is for the triangular lot only. Funded by LHU Foundation.
Parking
Lot – Medical Professions Bldg. ($350,000)
A new parking lot located between
the old Vo-Tech bldg and the
East
Campus Facilities Infrastructure Upgrades ($500,000)
Roof replacements, boiler upgrade design and security
at newly acquired East Campus.
New
Maintenance Shop Connectivity ($25,000)
Fiber optics to the new maintenance area in the old Vo-Tech
complex.
Bleachers ($30,000)
New
bleachers for the soccer field…safety related issue.
