Improvement in a dirt storage area
to make it more useful. Will include some excavation to make the area larger.

Gear Replacement ($1,000,000)
Life cycle replacement of the main
switch gear and five sub units that serve the entire university. Located behind Bentley
Hall.
Russell
Hall Entry Driveway ($480,000)
Installation of a curved brick
driveway in front of Russell Hall.
Final project to turn Russell in the Old Main of the
campus.

Concession Stand Jack Stadium ($25,000)
Improvement and repairs to make
the area more attractive to the public and useful by the various organizations
using it.

Swimming Pool Renovations Phase II ($100,000)
Lighting changes and rework of the
dehumidifier system to make it more reliable.
South
Ulmer Renovation Programming Study ($65,000)
Cost and scope study for the renovation of South
Ulmer Hall. Study will be used to
support a capital project for design and construction by DGS.
KCSD Bldgs 12 KV Power Supply Energy ($200,000)
A cost savings project to reduce
the cost to this all electric building. Elimination of the PP & L transformer by
installation of our own will reduce electric delivery rates.
Russell Hall Renovation 2nd and 3rd Floors
($1,000,000)
Completion of the changeover of
Russell Hall from a dormitory to offices. Work will be similar to that done
previously. Funded by
the Foundation.
