Under federal law, a lender must obtain a self-certification form signed by the applicant before disbursing a private alternative (i.e. private education) loan.  The information below is provided to assist you with completing this form.  Failure to return the completed form to your lender will delay the disbursement of your loan.

        We recommend that you obtain this form directly from your
       Private Alternative Loan lender.  If you choose to print the
       above form, please contact your lender to obtain return
       address information, etc.

  Cost of attendance information is available online.
  
   

• Estimated Financial Assistance (other aid/loans)
  You may view your financial aid information by logging into LHU’s Student Information System (SIS).   Set options to the session(s) covered by your private education loan.
