Summer Financial Aid for Current Students
Financial aid for summer is generally limited. In some cases students may qualify for federal and/or state grant assistance and/or student loans. Rest assured that students will be considered for any available grants as their eligibility is reviewed.
The Student Financial Services Office will automatically review the summer financial aid eligibility of all students registered for the 2012 Summer Session who have a complete 2011-2012 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file. Upon the completion of that review, Student Financial Services will notify students via their LHUP email address that their summer financial aid information is available to be viewed online. The awarding of summer aid will begin in mid-April. Please note that a student must be registered for summer classes in order to have his eligibility for summer financial aid reviewed.
