If you are interested in renting space in one of our suite-style, 2- or 4-bedroom apartments,
please contact us immediately - rooms are reserved on a first-come, first served basis
(upon receipt of a completed application form and the $225 non-refundable service fee).

A 36-bed (2-bedroom and 4-bedroom suites) apartment facility opened at the Clearfield campus in August 2003.  More information on the facility and room rates/leases is available on this website or by contacting Linda Kibbe, Foundation Village Rental Coordinator, at lkibbe@lhup.edu or (570) 484-2976.

For information about the Foundation Village apartments adjacent to the campus at Clearfield, contact us  for details.

If you have an interest in living in Foundation Village for the 2008-09 academic year, please contact Linda Kibbe, Foundation Village Rental Coordinator, by email at lkibbe@lhup.edu or by calling (570) 484-2976.  Spaces are reserved upon receipt of a signed, completed application (with a $225 nonrefundable service fee); e-mail us now to be put on the priority mailing list.  Brochures and applications were mailed in April to students who contacted us to indicate an interest in the apartments at the Clearfield campus of LHU.
