Description of the Facility

Accommodations at Foundation Village include four-bedroom and two-bedroom suite-style apartments.  These modern apartments provide you with both the convenience of being near campus as well as comfortable accommodations to enhance your college experience.  For photos of the building, click here.

It's a five minute walk (or less) from the apartments to your classes.  The first floor of Foundation Village is ADA accessible (subject to availability).  The facility is smoke-free and pet-free.  Amenities include the following:

 

Fully furnished apartments . . . Private bedrooms (each with full size bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet) One full size bathroom for every two students Common living room (furnished) Full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave provided) On-site Resident Manager On-site parking

Air conditioning Full size washer and dryer in each apt. Phone lines in each bedroom (local phone line in kitchen/living room area) Internet connection (via LHU server - no need to find/pay for your own ISP) TV cable hookup Trash removal Monthly utility allowance (electric, water, and sewer)
