Physician Assistant graduate students need a 12-month lease
(May to May). Payment schedule is the 1st of May, August,
November, January (May/November for 2-payment plan). Lease includes private bedroom in a furnished apartment including utility allowances (electric, water, and sewer), TV cable hookup, internet connection, and trash removal. Lease Options: The 10-month (August to May) lease option is preferred for most undergraduate tenants. All lease agreements must be signed by the resident and a guarantor (a responsible adult who guarantees payment). Move-in and move-out is handled by the on-site Resident Manager. So that everyone doesn't try to check in at the same time, we will schedule a time for your move-in; if special arrangements are needed, these will need to be confirmed in advance. Payment Schedule (10-month lease): Rent payments are due August 1 and January 1 if paying semiannually; quarterly rent payments are due August 1, November 1, January 1, and April 1. LATE FEES OF $5.00 PER DAY ARE ASSESSED. The first rent payment must be made prior to taking occupancy of an apartment - there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
