If you are interested in renting space in one of our suite-style, 2- or 4-bedroom apartments,
please contact us immediately after you receive your acceptance from the University - apartments are reserved on a first-come, first served basis (we are usually full by mid-May of each year).
(upon receipt of a completed application form and the $225 non-refundable service fee).

A 36-bed (2-bedroom and 4-bedroom suites) apartment facility opened at the Clearfield campus in August 2003.  More information on the facility and room rates/leases is available on this website or by contacting Lisa White, Foundation Village Rental Coordinator, at lwhite2@lhup.edu or (570) 484-2994.

If you have an interest in living in Foundation Village for the 2008-09 academic year, please contact Lisa White, Foundation Village Rental Coordinator, by email at lwhite2@lhup.edu or by calling (570) 484-2994.  Spaces are reserved upon receipt of a signed, completed application (with a $225 nonrefundable service fee); e-mail us now to be put on the priority mailing list.  Brochures and applications were mailed in April to students who contacted us to indicate an interest in the apartments at the Clearfield campus of LHU.  As of the first week of June, there are approximately 2 spaces left for female students.  We will maintain a waiting list for those who may be interested if an opening occurs.
