Establishing
a scholarship is a relatively simple process and can be
accomplished in a variety of ways depending on the wishes
of the donor.
If you are interested in establishing an endowed (or other
type) of scholarship, please contact the Development office at (570)

The Lock Haven University
Foundation currently administers more than 190 named scholarships.

scholarships, impacting more than 500 students
The number and amount of
scholarships and amount of the individual awards to LHU students with
financial need depends on the total amount in each scholarship fund
(and is a percentage of that amount as set annually by the Foundation
Board).
We encourage alumni and friends to
donate as generously as possible to existing scholarship funds to
maximize the impact we are able to have on the many students with
financial need. Donations may be made
