Lock Haven University has confirmed that
an on-campus student has been diagnosed with the H1N1 virus.
The student has been isolated to prevent further spread of the
virus.
Students, faculty and staff are reminded
to take precautions so that exposure is limited. Please wash
hands with antibacterial soap and use the hand sanitizers that
are located throughout the campus. Students should report any
illness with flu like symptoms to the Health Services Office
located in Glennon Infirmary. Its hours of operation are Monday
through Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm; Friday from 8:00 am to
5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Students or
employees who are ill should not expose the campus community by
attending class. Employees should follow guidelines from the
Human Resources Office.
