ELEVATE THE INJURED PART TO REDUCE SWELLING AND PAIN USING AN ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SUCH AS ADVIL, IBUPROFEN OR ALEVE WILL ALSO REDUCE SWELLING AND PAIN
