Biography

     Following my graduation from LHU in August 2001, I took up a job at the University of Rhode Island and worked there for three years. Murali and I have been married for a little over a year now. This September (2004), I started my PhD in neuropharmacology at Brown University. I will be doing my thesis work in neuroplasticity associated with exposure to drugs of abuse.

Reflections on the Honors Program

     The LHU Honors Program offered me many opportunities that I would have otherwise not had. I benefited greatly from the mentoring and team work environment. The honors courses were more interesting to me than many of my non-honors courses. Working on my senior project and participating in the Summer Honors Program were especially fulfilling experiences.
