Biography:

On September 10, I left Pennsylvania and headed for Chicago, where I am now attending graduate school. I am a graduate student at Northwestern University in the program of Communication Sciences and Disorders.  I will receive my Master's in Speech and Language Pathology in December of 2005, and I hope to then find a job in a speech clinic. Anyone interested in graduate school or the field of Communication Disorders, feel free to e-mail me, and I will be glad to answer any questions!

Reflections on the Honors Program:

The Honors Program is the root of many positive LHU memories for me.  I had the opportunity to make the best of friends, to find the support I needed to succeed, and to achieve to the best of my ability because of the Honors Program.  The Program provided my with practical skills through my involvement and leadership roles, and it also provided me with personal skills by forcing me to face challenges and overcome my own doubts.  The Program gave me a sense of strength and accomplishment that would have been lacking had I not taken advantage of all Honors had to offer.
