Mural Design Contest

Design a mural to be painted in the Honors House!  Designs should boast an image that reflects aspects of the Global Honors Program – it’s students, activities, academics, sense of community, etc.  They may be hand-drawn or be computer-generated.  The mural will be located in the Honors House lobby - please see the document linked below for more specific information.

Design submissions should include:

  • Your design, including all colors
  • Brief statement explaining your design.
  • The names of all collaborators (this may be a group design)

Submissions are due to Brent Barge no later than Friday, April 27 at 12 noon.  The winning design will be announced by the end of the semester.  The winning designer/design group will recieve a gift card to a local establishment.

Official 2012-13 Global Honors T-Shirt Design Contest

Design the official 2012-13 Global Honors T-Shirt!  Designs should be 'general' in nature, not representing any specific FDG, Activity Group, or specific event.  The winnign design will be the one that best incorporates different aspects of the Global Hononors Program into one t-shirt.  All images must be of your own creation or those of the property of the GHP (slogans, logos, emblems, etc.) - no copyrighted images allowed.  Deigns must be computer generated and should include the dates "2012-2013" in some way.  Preference is given to front-and-back designs, but those only for one side will also be accepted.

Design submissions shoudl include:

  • Your full t-shrit design, front and back
  • Explaination of color scheme - what is the color of the t-shirt and all fonts/images (preferably only one color print)
  • The names of all collaborators (this may be a group design)

Submissions are due to Brent Barge no later than Friday, April 27 at 12 noon.  The winning design will be announced by the end of the semester.  Each winning collaborator will recieve one free T-Shirt.
